2. Account Management
Each player is permitted to hold a single active account on the 2111bd platform. Creating multiple accounts â whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different devices â is strictly prohibited. 2111bd employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate account activity.
2.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 2111bd username and password. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and making a deposit.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 2111bd platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals made by registered players.
Minimum deposit: ā§ŗ100. Minimum withdrawal: ā§ŗ200. 2111bd targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad, subject to identity verification status and applicable security checks.
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
2111bd currently supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket as payment channels. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits â payments originating from an account belonging to another individual â are not permitted and may result in funds being returned and the account being reviewed for compliance.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment provider limits. Before processing your first withdrawal, 2111bd may require you to submit identity verification documentation, including a government-issued photo ID. Processing times may vary in exceptional circumstances including public holidays, system maintenance, or security reviews. 2111bd reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of any compliance check.
3.3 Disputed Transactions
If you believe a transaction on your 2111bd account is incorrect or unauthorised, you must notify the support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date. 2111bd will investigate the dispute and provide a written response within 10 business days. Disputes raised after the 30-day window may not be considered.
4. Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on the 2111bd platform are subject to the specific rules governing each product category â sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games. The following general conditions apply across all products.
- Bets are final once confirmed. 2111bd does not permit cancellation of a confirmed bet except in circumstances where an obvious system error has occurred.

Rain rules, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments, and match abandonment procedures are applied per the individual market rules.
- 2111bd reserves the right to suspend any betting market at its sole discretion without prior notice, including for integrity, risk management, or operational reasons.
- Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, system vulnerabilities, or game irregularities constitutes a breach of these Terms. Winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. Players must read individual offer terms before opting in.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your 2111bd account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. 10. Amendments to These Terms
2111bd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 2111bd will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the 2111bd platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
